you know i dont really like to wear that much of make ups. i want to know how to apply eye liners to make it look more natural like i only have a little of make ups on... you know?

With eyeliner the only thing you can really do is put it on real lightly, or smudge it so it isn't too thick. Just draw a light line on your lash line and then smudge with a q-tip. I don't know what color your skin is, but if you are fair skinned go for brown eyeliner instead of black.
use a tinted moisturizer.neutrogena has one and then whatever u want on ur eyes. use a brown eyeliner if u have brown eyes
find your skin tone foudation and wear a clear but glittery eyeshadow on ur lids with a little blush and VERY little lipgloss
