Is it more natural, if women get dressed up in simple and modest colors, no make-up, no jewelry, minim fashion

And men are dressed up in more sharp and bright colors and doing more fashion. (It is what should be, becuase males are supposed to be more stylish and colorful - it is more natural, just look at the peacocks or ducks etc - males are more attractive looking)Is it more natural, if women get dressed up in simple and modest colors, no make-up, no jewelry, minim fashion
i think male birds are colourful because the bright colours symbolise health/strength and show that the male would be a good mate to breed with. so the girls are attracted to the brightest coloured male.

humans are the same except what we find attractive is if a man is muscular/tall/etc. girls think these things are good because instinctively they know this is what makes a man healthly and so he would be good to have children with

for human males there is no connection between colour/fashion/jewellery and being healthy

so guys dont need to be putting on make-up but they go to the gym to get some good abs:)Is it more natural, if women get dressed up in simple and modest colors, no make-up, no jewelry, minim fashion
It's not more nautural. I think your attitude is sort of sexist and offensive. What's wrong with a woman looking colourful and attractive and sexy? As long as the seriously naughty bits are mostly covered, then there shouldn't be a problem. And for your information, there are plenty of guys who prefer the ladies to look colourful and pretty in makeup jewelry, bright colours and fancy fashions. Like my husband. Personally I think so called modest clothes are a** ugly and modest clothes and bland colours should be banned! Every woman should dress as glamorous as possible with full hair-dos and make up every day. You can keep you burkas or cape dresses or ugly denim jumpers or whatever ugly crap you want women to hide behind...I'm wearing a turquoise tank, hippy beads and a colourful patchwork mini skirt today just to spite you!
i personally am a female who does not revolve my life around fashion (i wear minimal makeup and casual clothing for the most part). i enjoy being more natural, and still get male attention, although probably not as much as flashy girl's do.

however, i don't necessarily think men have to be the ones to get all dolled up to impress us. not all species use males to be the attractive ones -- especially humans -- who have more than general instincts to base our attractions on.
there are differences between animals and humans you know. For one thing we don't have feathers or fur. As humans we wear what we want, and women prefer the more colorful fashionable stuff, while men are more casual. the only men I know who dress up like that are gay. its always been that way and it probably always will.
I think you put to much into this question but Yes its more natural looking to not wear makeup for girls. And I have no idea about men and I never compared a man to the colors of peacocks or to a duck. Sorry if I wasn't any help
Dude that's exactly what I've been thinking. I think that's how it's supposed to be and maybe in the future it will be like that. It would definitely get rid of women trying to look perfect and hating their bodies.
The female ducks and peacocks need to be brown to blend in better because they raise very vulnerable young.

Human females also raise very vulnerable young, but generally they don't have to worry about a fox or cat eating their babies.
erm and im being serious

are you a gay

you think men are more attractive

and want to wear pretty colourful clothes

either that or rediculously bigheaded like seriously
We're not peacocks or ducks, and the beauty industry is hundreds of times larger for women than for men.
Men naturally do not receive the attention that women do. Could that possibly be why men NEED something to set them apart? Just a thought. Teehee!
umm... i think it would be wierd for the man to be prettier than the woman.
