Where do buy natural product make-up?

I recently read an article with disturbing practices that make-up industries do with harmful toxins and lead/copper. In my science class, we tested lipstick and found lead in it. Today, none of the cosmetic companies have a testing facility to sensor it's harmfulness. 30% of our popular makeup products contain chemicals linked to cancer; 60% acting like estrogen, disrupting hormones. a pregnant woman, getting manicures on a basis, gave birth to a son with a birth defect.

I'm horrified at this point. long story short, where to buy natural make-up?Where do buy natural product make-up?
I've been trying to hunt down organic make up for a while, it's terrifying known few of the most expensive and popular brands such as chanel, and MAC contain these harmful toxics... and so far I've found a few places that sells great organic staples.

- Silknaturals.com affordable, versatile and they lay out all their ingredients, no talc, paraben or bismuth! if there are preservatives they will tell u ie the mascara.

-physicians formula the organic line, u should be able to get this at your local drug store

I've heard that almay has produced a natural range as well! they indicated no toxins, you may want to read the labels prior to purchase!

Lavera organic trends, also a great one, this one may be a little costly, I can't seem to find them in shops, but they are available online.

This is a trusted ebay store who sells pure organic mineral range! they send out samples on purchase so you can test out which colour best suits you before they send out your final item!

there are also other brands like

NVEY ECO and NUDE (great foundations!) which you can purchase online. (i'm in australia and I only found NUDE foundation in pharmacies).

You'll need to be aware when you purchase mineral make up from drug stores! because a LOT of them still contain harmful chemicals... ie maybelline mineral foundation has bismuth (they present it as a skin protectant...when it's a replacement for lead, over exposure can be harmful.

good luck!Where do buy natural product make-up?
i knew this fact a couple yrs ago. mineral makeup is the best way to go. But its pretty expensive and also not easily accessible for me. i think the govt is pretty much in on it since they dont ban products like in the EU. i heard that sally hansen is banned there, so why not here in canada and us?

I think we all need to petition our govts to make the cosmetics companies ban these harmful products.
Sephora.. go up to the sales ladies and tell them what ur looking for..
