How do I create a natural, inexpensive look with make up?

I'm African American and I want to look natural with makeup for school without foundation, but with a concealer. PLEASE HELP ME!!!How do I create a natural, inexpensive look with make up?
Use a concealer (use one with a yellow tone, test it out to make sure it is not too light or it will go ashy) around your eyes or anywhere you need to cover up something. Depending how oily your skin is, you may want to layer some powder over top. Add a nice lip gloss in a pinky tone or chocolate tone. Add a pink/berry blush to the apples of your cheek (smile and put the blush on the part that looks roundish). Black mascara is a must and you should be good to go. It will be a quick and pretty look that won't cost a lot.How do I create a natural, inexpensive look with make up?
I swear by tinted mouisturizer. It hides all the imperfections without weighing your face down like foundation. That and lipgloss is all you need.

PS. you can probably get both in samples!! It doesn't get much cheaper than that!
use only colors that are a little bit different from your skin tone
if you use like a gold eyeshadow and a dark brown liner and blush then not black but brown mascara would look great
i would go with (eyeshadow)different shades of brown that are darker on ur lid and the fade out lighter then a little bit of eyliner (not to thick) witha slightly tented lipgloss
